The Driving Questions
How can you create a personal plan to develop positive habits around social behaviors, mental health and physical health?
Social behaviors, mental health and physical health are all components of what makes up the health triangle. We must be strong in each one accordingly, however, it will not always be perfect, for example; some triangles may sway more towards physical health, because you love exercise and working out, however; you may not be the most sociable person and evade interactions, making this side smaller and the physical side, huge. Maybe someone struggles with everything equally, then, this would reduce the area of the triangle as all of its sides would decrease. Now that you have an idea, for the development, at least, my idea. It is important to strengthen our abilities in all of these areas, having daily conservations is very important for our social ability as well as being able to talk to complete strangers or even as simple as just giving someone a smile and they smile back. Mental health is heavily personal, we must have various destressers and have healthy and comfortable environments while thriving in all of the other 2 sections (physical and social health) as it heavily impacts it. Finally physical health, even as simple as going outside for a 1 minute walk is still exercise. We want to create repetition in order to continue exercising as it will become vital for us in the long run. If you lack motivation, maybe consider going with friends or a family member and continue doing the process, you and your body will be grateful for it in the future.

How can you share with your classmates something that has brought you joy?
Joy can be expressed and found in various ways. Personally I express joyful moments through a smile and a positive attitude and tone. It's obviously important to demonstrate how you feel in the moment so what you say is taken the correct way. You don't want to show frustration because you got a 100 percent on your quiz, it'll confuse everyone, yourself included. I simply just start conversation before I throw in a joyful moment, like maybe asking what good is going on with them. After all, I wouldn't want to tick anyone off, like, what if they bombed the quiz I passed and are down in the dumps? Truly, it does depend on the context of what you want to say as well as how others are feeling as well as knowing that a little joy can completely change someone's mood positively and negatively (more times than others though, positively).
